Shipping policy

Where we ship: the United States, Canada and Mexico.

Cost: free shipping on every order.

Processing time: in-stock pieces ship within 4 business days. Made-to-order and custom pieces take 4–6 weeks to make before they ship.

Tracking: you'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Customs and duties: orders shipped outside the US may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. Those charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Lost or stolen packages: if tracking shows delivered and you can't find your package, email hello@badwithoutreason.com within 7 days and we'll work with the carrier.
