By using badwithoutreason.com or buying from us, you agree to these terms.

The store: Bad Without Reason is run from Brooklyn, New York. The store is hosted on Shopify.

Products: our pieces are handmade sterling silver. The finish, patina and dimensions vary slightly from piece to piece, and from what you see on screen. That's part of how they're made, not a defect. Product images include 3D renders.

Prices and availability: prices are in USD and can change without notice. We can cancel or refuse an order, for example if a price was wrong or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.

Custom orders: custom and engraved pieces are made to your specifications, and once production starts they can't be canceled or returned.

Returns and shipping: see our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

Our work: all designs, images, text and logos on this site belong to Bad Without Reason. You may not copy them or use them commercially without written permission.

Limitation of liability: to the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

Changes: we may update these terms. The version posted here applies to orders placed after it's posted.
